Personal Tours of the Facility:
We extend to you an open invitation to come and visit! No appointment needed, we will show you every part of the facility and answer all questions about our services and how they can help you and your family.
A full-time manager dedicated to each pet’s physical and emotional needs, Vickie Brown provides an additional layer of care, checking on each guest daily to ensure they are doing well. Clients can have that extra peace of mind and can call our Pet Concierge’s direct line (615-720-0994) to check-in for updates.
Travelling clients receive email updates every few days with photos of their pets enjoying their Farm vacation. Our photographer captures the enjoyment of our guests whether they’re romping with friends or relaxing in their suite. These photographs say more than mere words and help reassure our clients that all is well. These messages go a long way in ensuring that families can relax and enjoy their time away without worrying about their pet.
Boutique Manager, Jo Graham has one goal and that is to help her clients find whatever they need for their pet. She will fit harnesses and collars, custom-order orthopedic beds to match a decor, select the right toys, advise on the merits of raincoats and booties, and, at the end of the day, make sure that your dollars are well spent and your needs are met.
The Farm at Natchez Trace has Lodging Staff on the premises 24-hours a day, 365 days a year.

Mon-Fri 7am-6pm | Sat 9am-5pm | Sun 11am-1pm, 4pm-6pm
