Why Work at The Farm?

Pet care services has become a growing industry as Americans more and more tend to see their pets as a member of the family, and expect them to be treated as such when they are away from home. As of 2010, the APPA National Pet Owner’s Survey reported that 45.6% of households own a dog, and 38.2% of households own a cat. These owners want the best for their pets, and The Farm at Natchez Trace has the highest reputation in Middle Tennessee for boarding, daycare, grooming and spa services, and obedience training.

The Farm at Natchez Trace offers employment opportunities for those who wish to apply their love of animals to a career, ranging from the artistic endeavors of pet grooming, to promoting the daily wellness and happiness of our canine and feline guests. The work environment is team-oriented, best suited for those with the ability to show initiative and attention to detail while fulfilling their desire to work with pets.
