Canine Lodging: $52.00 per night*

There is one standard rate for canine overnight lodging at The Farm, regardless of the accommodation requested by each guest (community or private suite, and regardless of the size of the suite.) Each overnight stay includes the luxury sleeping accommodations, bedding, and facility features described in Pet Lodging; a minimum of five (5) escorted outside breaks throughout the day, one of which is a daily Nature Walk on our shaded nature trail with a member of The Farm Staff; premium food fed twice daily; and an all-natural signature bedtime biscuit prepared by our in-house chef.

(A twenty percent [20%] multi-guest discount is extended for each additional canine guest staying in the same suite.)

Feline Lodging: $38.00 per night* The overnight lodging rate for feline guests is $38.00 per night. Each overnight stay includes the luxury accommodations, bedding and facility features described in “Pet Lodging” in addition to a playtime outside of the suite with a member of The Farm staff, premium food fed twice daily, premium cat litter, litter box scooped as needed throughout the day and replaced when necessary, and an all natural signature bedtime treat specially prepared for felines by our in-house chef. (A thirty-five percent [35%] multi-guest discount is extended for each additional feline guest staying in the same suite.)

*Daily check-out time is 1 PM. Departures after 1 PM will be assessed a fee of $26.00 for canine guests and $19.00 for feline guests. Any guest not picked up by our published closing times of 6 PM Monday-Friday, 5 PM Saturday, or 1 PM Sunday, will remain as a guest of The Farm overnight and will be charged the standard overnight rate of $52.00 (canines) or $38.00 (felines) per night.
A deposit equal to one night's accommodation is required at the time a reservation is made. Your deposit is 100% refundable if cancellation is received at least 48 hours prior to your check-in date. Balance is due upon departure. There is a $25.00 fee for returned checks. During high demand (holiday) periods a 50% deposit is required at the time a reservation is made. The "high demand" periods to which the 50% deposit requirement applies are listed in below. The 50% deposit is non-refundable for each reserved date for which we fail to receive at least 30 days prior notice of cancellation or change of reservation date.
